Laiana Lacerda is renowned for her strategic vision and exceptional conflict management skills, with a particular focus on Family Law and Succession Law. With 11 years of experience, she has worked with medium and large national law firms, representing companies in a variety of matters.
In addition to handling civil disputes such as contracts, obligations, enforcement actions, and judgment executions, Laiana specializes in Family and Succession Law. Her expertise includes resolving judicial and extrajudicial conflicts involving both heterosexual and same-sex couples (marriage, property regime modifications, divorce, recognition and dissolution of domestic partnerships, and asset division), issues related to children (custody, visitation, child support, parental alienation), and succession matters (probate, wills, and donations).
Currently, Laiana also serves as a Counselor for the 1st Appeals Board of the Social Security Appeals Council (CRPS).
